MetroOne, Inc. provides specialized industrial sales, leasing and advisory services in Central Florida and was established in 1988.   Prior to 1988, Jay was a principal in Ferncreek Properties which was acquired by the Trammell Crow organization.

Jay Rohr has held the highly respected Counselor of Real Estate (CRE) professional designation for 14 years and has been serving the Central Florida industrial commercial real estate market for more than 35 years as a broker and real property consultant. Larry has 25 years management consulting experience in restructuring businesses and working with supply chain and logistics facilities. Larry has been in Central Florida for 50 years and has had an active Florida real estate license for more than 13 years.
