Consulting and Advisory Services

We offer consulting and commercial real estate advisory services on an hourly basis. In these times of ever changing values, an experienced commercial real estate practitioner supplements your staff by reviewing both proposed and portfolio commercial properties for value, marketability, and functional obsolescence, and also review proposals for reasonable assumptions and valuations consistent with those assumptions. The work is done on a retainer and/or hourly basis on an as needed basis. This arrangement provides a number of benefits:
